Few Important steps for WBSEDCL Consumer Service


WBSEDCL has implemented SMS & Missed Call facility to enhance Consumer Services.
Consumer with registered mobile no. with WBSEDCL can now docket their 'No-Power' complaints either by sending SMS in a predefined text or by giving a missed call.
Consumer who have still not registered their mobile no. can use SMS service for registration of mobile no.
Consumer can know their last bill and payment details with the help of SMS service with registered Mobile no.
